DALLAS—( BUSINESS WIRE )—Highland Capital Management, a Dallas-based investment management firm, which together with its affiliates manages approximately $19 billion in assets, announced today that it claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS ® ) and has been independently verified for the period of January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2013.

Highland was independently verified for the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2013 by ACA Performance Services, LLC. To achieve this goal, Highland separately engaged the consultation services of Guardian Performance Solutions LLC.
