I am happy to announce the TWPA 1K Challenge. this is going to be a journey where I will start with only $1,000 in a trading account and my goal is to turn that into $10,000. You will be able to follow along as I take trades and see my progress as time goes on. I will be starting this challenge on January 1st, as it makes for a good starting point since it is a new year.

People often ask me how to trade a small account or how to turn a small account into a bigger one. I will embark onto the journey and show you all how to do it. Like I said I will start with only $1,000 (Hence the 1K challenge) and I will start building up my account, my goal is to get to $10,000. This isnt something that is going to happen overnight and it is going to take a while for me to build my account all the way up to $10K.

For me to grow my account from $1,000 to $10,000 I will have to increase my account by 1000% and that is going to take a while to do. I am willing to show you all the hard work that is needed to grow a small account and I think you will all enjoy the journey!

How I Will Keep Track of Everything

I am going to be linking my account to Myfxbook.com so that all of my results will be verified and you will be able to follow my progress. This way all of my trades will be documented and you will be able to see all of the stats from all my trades that I take. This will keep everything organized in one place where you can easily see how I am doing.

Below is an example of a widget that myfxbook offers and I will be able to embed this into my site so you will always be able to see my progress. There are a couple of other types of widgets that I can embed and I will have a couple of them available for everyone to see and a couple available for members only. The ones available to members only will show the current trades that I am in and how they are doing.

Trading Strategy

My trading strategy is not going to change one bit and I will stick with my price action trading strategy that I have been using this whole time. I will stay disciplined and risk only 2% of my account on each trade. No matter what the size of your account is, small or big, you should always trade it the same.

Members vs. Non-Members

Everyone will be able to follow along and see the progress I make no matter if you are a member or a non-member. I want to include everyone and let everyone be able to enjoy the challenge.

The advantages that the members are going to get will be that they will be able to see all of the trades that I take as I take them. Right when I enter a trade a member will know which currency pair it is and how I plan on managing the trade. They will also get up to the minute updates and be able to follow the trade as it progresses.

As for the non-members, they will be able to see all of the trades I take as well, but only after I have closed the trade. They wont be able to know what trades I am in but they will be able to see the trades once I exit the trade. This way you can see all of the trades I take and be able to still follow along on the journey.

Challenge Start Date

Like I said earlier I am going to be starting this on January 1st as it will be the best time to start something new like this. It will give me a good date to remember so I will always know when I started this challenge.
