BUYS

Hey guys.  Thank you for coming.  With the recent volatility, there were tons of opportunities to buy quality Dividend stocks.  With so many great companies and so little capital Im sure a lot of you feel the same.  For myself, I will be adding to other sectors I lack.  However, I just find the big oils at a better price point and wanted to average down.  I will be investing in sectors I lack like Consumer Staples, Health Care, Industrials, Utilities moving forward as I am overweight in Energy.

150 shares of ZPR.  BMO S&P/TSX Laddered Preferred Share Index ETF. @   $12.93 = $1948.99  CDN

20 shares of XOM.  Exxon Mobil @ $84.65 = $1702.99 USD (1.27 FX) / $ 2162.80 CDN

25 shares of RDS.B.  Royal Dutch Shell @ $ 60.96 = $1533.99 USD (1.27 FX) / $1948.17 CDN

Capital deployed total was $6059.96 CDN and I added 235.60 towards my dividend income.  My forward 12 month dividend income will increase to $16520.30.

I cant wait for tax season to be over.  I finished paying my companies corporate taxes and I have 2 months to pay off a GST tax bill.  I like paying near close to last minute for my taxes just so I can keep the funds for myself a little longer.  The Government is pretty chill and nice when you just call them up first and not let them get annoyed by calling you.  I usually call them and say business is tough and make payment plans with them and get charged No interest!  Theyre understanding if you just talk nicely to them.

Well, other than stocks everything in my life is calm and cool.  Works busy.  Family is great.  Lifes such a blessing.  Sometimes when its going too good and calm I get a little nervous and scared and think something is gonna come along and ruin it but Im starting to change the way I think about that.  I believe and remind myself that this is the new norm and expect it to be calm and peaceful.  Why Because I deserve it and have put the legwork and hard work in to be in this position today.  So I gotta stay positive and just appreciate everything great today because of the sacrifices weve made.

My Years Goal is to get the portfolio up to 650 000 by the end of December 2015.  As of now, its around 520 000 with the recent drop.  I know its a tough goal but Well try our best.  My wife says 600 000 is good enough but I wanna shoot for 650 000.  Well see after I pay all of my taxes.  I should be able to invest more per month.

Lastly, Thank you guys for continuing on this path with me.  Were all in this together.  Some starting out.  Some Veterans.  Well end up Financially Free eventually as long as we stay consistent and persistent.  Keep living below our means and invest the difference.  Much Love.  Tyler.
