20Jones_WEBRESIZE.JPG /%Bruce is a Certified Turnaround Professional. He has led countless restructuring, turnaround, distressed divestiture and M&A projects over the last 30 years for midsized companies.

Bruce co-founded ClearRidge with Matthew, has been Owner, President, CEO, CFO and COO in multiple manufacturing, distribution, retail and automotive companies. He has represented buyers of hundreds of midsize companies and knows the deal from a buyers perspective.

Bruce bought his first business right after graduating high school. In the thirty years since, and even during college and graduate school, he has been involved in buying and selling companies.

Bruce has served most industries, including manufacturing, energy, automotive, banking, technology, distribution, agriculture, food, retail, consumer goods and service industries. During one five-year period, he completed ninety acquisitions as head of the acquisitions team for a national automotive parts supplier.

Bruce holds Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses and is a registered investment banker with M&A Securities Group, Inc. member FINRA/SiPC. Bruce earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting. Bruce also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt designation.

Prior to co-founding ClearRidge with Matthew, Bruce was the Managing Principal of the JHS Group, an M&A and Restructuring firm that he founded with one of Oklahomas largest professional services and accounting firms. The JHS Group earned distinction in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado serving business owners, corporations, bankers, attorneys, and private equity investors.

Most evenings you will find Bruce running on the River Trail, but hes really a mountain guy at heart. Whenever he gets the chance, hell be driving and hiking with his wife in Colorado in his restored 1973 Ford Bronco. Hes a sports enthusiast (Go Bears) and an avid story teller, but in the office hes limited to two stories a day. Email Bruce.

20Bristow_WEBRESIZE.JPG /%Matthew is a Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor and a federal and state registered investment banker.

Matthew co-founded ClearRidge with Bruce and has a range of banking experience from London, England. Prior to moving to the US and becoming an American citizen, Matthew managed the derivatives trading division of a boutique investment banking, fund management and securities firm in London. Business ventures also took him from his native England to Paris, France working for Group Bull, a leading European information technology company.

Matthews last deal in England was with his wife, Lindsey, a Tulsa girl, who wanted to move back home.

Matthew holds Series 62, 63 and 79 securities licenses and is a registered investment banking agent with M&A Securities Group, Inc. member FINRA/SiPC. Matthew earned a Double Honors Degree in Management Economics and French from the University of Leeds, England.

Matthew served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of First Presbyterian Church in Tulsa, is President-Elect of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a Board member of Lee Elementary School Foundation, a Board member of the Rotary Club of Tulsa and is Past Chair of Rotary’s Committee for the Veterans’ Entrepreneurship Program through Oklahoma State University’s School of Entrepreneurship.

Matthew also writes a bi-weekly column on Corporate Finance for the Journal Record, Oklahoma’s statewide daily business newspaper.

Matthew enjoys sailing, running, skiing, cycling, boating and most of all spending time with his family. He represented Great Britain in three Sailing World Championships in the 5o5 class. Email Matthew.

Shanna is a CPA with a wide range of accounting and finance experience. Her background includes work in private practice providing consulting and auditing services to credit unions and banks, assisting banks in managing troubled asset accounts, in the government sector as a financial institution examiner, as well as time spent with a public accounting firm with an emphasis on auditing. Shanna has a love for finding the proverbial needle in a haystack, which has served her well in forensic accounting work.

At ClearRidge, Shanna is actively involved in M&A and restructuring engagements, due diligence, and financial analysis.

Shanna grew up and still has deep roots in Indiana. She received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Manchester University, a small private university in North Manchester, Indiana. She immediately passed her CPA and began her career in Columbus, Ohio with the National Credit Union Administration.

Most of Shannas time outside of ClearRidge is spent managing her family. Shanna enjoys traveling with family and friends, but mostly cherishes time at home with family amidst the hectic schedule of two teenagers. Shannas church family is a big part of her life where she is very involved with her Sunday morning community and various volunteer activities. Email Shanna.

Jill is a Certified Public Accountant and has a range of finance, accounting and banking experience. She has been a Comptroller and Trust Officer for an Oklahoma community bank, has led the accounting functions and fiduciary responsibilities for trust accounts, facilitated securities transactions, and managed regulatory reporting with State and Federal Agencies.

Jill is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University, with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA. She has also previously been active as a FINRA Registered Representative, holding Series 63 and 7 securities licenses.

At ClearRidge, Jill is actively involved in valuations, receivership and restructuring engagements, due diligence, and financial analysis.

Most of Jills time outside of ClearRidge is spent with her husband and two young sons, on the golf course, or preparing for her future dream job, hosting her own show on the Food Network. Email Jill.

Missy is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a CPA, Accredited in Business Valuation. Her professional experience is in valuations, mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting/compliance, with a particular focus on fair market value of equity and invested capital analyses, intangible asset valuations, purchase price allocations, and goodwill impairment testing.

Missy was previously a Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services; a member of the national healthcare leadership team, focused on valuations and transaction advisory.

Missy is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Masters in Finance and a Bachelors degree in Accounting. She is also active in leading industry associations and has been a guest speaker on healthcare valuation topics.

At ClearRidge, Missy is involved in business valuation, M&A and restructuring engagements, due diligence, and financial analysis. Most of Missys time outside of ClearRidge is spent with her family, leading cheerleader duties for her kids soccer and baseball games, in addition to an active role in her church and community. Morgan joined ClearRidge in September 2014 as an Executive Assistant. Previous roles include Audit Administrative staff for one of the largest CPA Firms in Alaska and a similar role in a global CPA firm, and most recently Accounts Receivable for a Non-Profit Organization.

Morgan and her family relocated to Tulsa from the Last Frontier of Alaska and are embracing Tulsa as their new home. While Morgans primary role is to support Bruce and Matthew, she also keeps the office in order, assists in client projects and coordinates with all members of the ClearRidge team. In her spare time you will find Morgan spending time with her family and pursuing her other passions: shopping and fashion. Email Morgan .

Leah is a Certified Fraud Examiner, forensic accountant and private investigator; a modern day financial Sherlock Holmes. Leah founded Workman Forensics, which is as an affiliate of ClearRidge. While working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Leah discovered an interest and talent for forensic accounting. Following employment with the FBI, Wietholter worked in public accounting for two years, further specializing as a Senior Certified Fraud Examiner at a public accounting firm in Tulsa. She then founded Workman Forensics to assist clients in investigating business fraud, preventing and detecting fraud, and solving complex financial problems in litigation matters. Leah also works closely with the Office of the State Auditors in the County Audit Division. Through her work, she has testified in hearings, simplifying financial details for the Court and resulting in favorable outcomes for her clients.

Outside of work, Leah volunteers with Junior Achievement of Oklahoma, the Resonance Center for Women and the Tulsa Police Department Financial Crimes Unit. Additionally, she is the finance committee chair for the H.O.W. Foundation. Wietholter serves as Training Coordinator for the Northeast Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Advisory Board. Connie Tommerup, CPA, CFEAccounting/CFO Services

Connie has a wide range of financial and accounting expertise. Her primary role is analyzing our clients financial systems, processes and internal controls. Connie mainly works on ClearRidges corporate finance, restructuring and due diligence projects. Connie previously worked in the consulting area of the largest Colorado-based accounting and business advisory firm, Ehrhardt Keefe Steiner and Hottman PC (EKS&H). At EKS&H, Connie worked on financial analysis of acquisitions, due diligence engagements, internal control assessments and conducted SAS 99 interviews for the firms audit group

In 2007, Connie received the EKS&H Outstanding Client Service Award based on her SAS 99 audit interviews. In addition to her extensive public accounting experience, Connie was previously the controller of the Texas Cattle Feeders Association for 12 years. Connie has expertise in Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, documenting and evaluating the internal controls of a clients financial reporting function. Connie earned an MBA from West Texas A&M and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma, Texas and Colorado and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.

In her spare time, Connie enjoys horse riding. She is also working on her ball room dancing in case she gets a call for next year’s Dancing with the Stars.
