Forecast

Next month is projected to further decline in the number of transactions to the level of 300-350. Traditionally, the greatest demand will be two-bedroom apartments, which have about 48-52% of all transactions, 42-45% will take one-bedroom apartments and 9-12% will be objects with three rooms or more.

If to speak about the average cost per square meter of secondary housing in Kyiv then it will be 1894 USD/sq. m. A one-bedroom apartment in the capital can be purchased for 60-62,000 usd.
