Charles has been a pioneer in digital real estate, having conceived and produced the first ever interactive multimedia CD-ROM featuring Toronto and Florida condos and luxury homes in 1990 (before the Internet, World Wide Web, Windows Operating System) to sell North American condos and luxury homes to upper net work Hong Kong Chinese investors, hedging their investments prior to the reversion of the Colony to the Communist Chinese!

Charles started selling residential condos when they were invented (1979) and continued his successful sales career for three decades, (moving to Hong Kong to sell Toronto’s glut of unsold condos after the crash of 1989), introduced Buyer’s Agency to Canada in 2000 becoming one of Toronto’s top producing Realtors specializing in condos.

Charles retired his real estate license in 2014 to pursue his latest passion, investing in Quality of Life Investments, primarily targeting retirees and snowbirds, and astute investors who understand that they will, one day be, retirees and/or snowbirds.

As an investor, and with his longstanding network of international investors, in search of Quality of Life investments (Charles has pretty much given up on the Toronto market as it is over-priced, over-saturated and ideally position for a significant negative adjustment says this four decade market insider).

Charles has personally transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions and if anyone knows the difference between a Good Investment and a Bad Investment, Charles does.

The trouble today is that so many computer techies have jumped into the real estate market after the easy money, that it is virtually impossible for a buyer to find a competent, knowledgeable Realtor in any market throughout the world! Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) to get web traffic does NOT translate to real estate knowledge. That’s why there is so much resale real estate always available. ‘buyer dissatisfaction’!

What buyers need, to make informed decisions, is knowledge and that knowledge has been kept well beyond and out of the grasp of consumers. That insider knowledge is what Charles’ four decades in global real estate investing delivers.
