About Me

Buying or selling a home is serious business. There are many considerations:   what the local market is like now, when to buy, where to buy, when to sell. As a Real Estate professional, I have the privilege of helping my clients navigate the buying and selling process, providing experience-based guidance to help them make the best choices.

I am passionate about working in Real Estate. Based on Mercer Island, with years of real estate experience throughout Mercer Island, Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Renton and all surrounding King County, WA areas, my goal is always to provide the power of experience, professionalism, and perseverance in the service of my clients.

My business is to offer a full range of services to support the sale, purchase, preservation, and management of Lake Washington area real estate. Over 20 years, I have worked with a wide spectrum of clients from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. Every individual or family I work with has unique needs and desires. Within the range of services I provide all of my clients, I have also developed two distinct areas of specialization.

My experience, special training, and concern for the communities I serve also allow me to help clients with the most challenging transactions, such as short sales, estate sales, foreclosures, investment properties, and bank-owned properties. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), I am trusted by both homeowners and by banks to manage and sell their properties. Often, other real estate professionals recommended me to handle short sales for their clients.

Although divergent, these specialties help me to serve all my clients with a high level of experience and knowledge.
