What crazy times we live in, who would of ever thought we would experience a down turn in Florida Real Estate like we have seen over the last number of years.

The sad fact is this, by the time we finish absorbing all of these Short sales in Florida my newborn son will be five years old. My name is Alan Palange, a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. In my many years in the Florida Real estate market I’ve seen it all, or so I thought. From 2002 through 2007 I was also a Licensed Florida Contractor and built more than a hundred homes here in Florida.
