Trading in off exchange foreign currency (FX) involves a substantial risk. Forex trading is not suitable for everyone. You should only enter into FX Trading after you have analyzed the possible risks involved.  One should read and understand the risk disclosures that are related to trading off exchange foreign currency.

Timeliness:

With a majority of the alerts that are posted there is ample time for a trader to, if he chooses, take advantage of the information and trade near the levels that are suggested.  Because we trade on a longer time-frame, this is usually the case.

You understand that there may be times when the market moves very quickly between the time the alert is posted, and you receive the information, and the market price may not be at the level that is suggested in the alert.  As with every alert, it is in the subscribers discretion whether to enter the market or not using the information provided.

Any damage or loss that is caused because of omission or deletion, delay, or disruption of service is not warranted. We are not responsible for losses that occur due to failure of transmission of information, internet trouble, or network failure.

Two payment options:

Membership starts the day of the month that you join the service and runs for the following 30 days.

Month by month You understand that this is a monthly membership service, paid for at the beginning of the monthly period that the service is to be used.  If you want to continue each month, it is your responsibility to renew your subscription at the end of each monthly period for the following monthly period.

Your decision not to renew is understood to be your cancellation of our service.  You can renew at any time by purchasing another months subscription (subject to membership being open at that time).

Recurring monthly billing There is an alternate option to pay for recurring membership, only as a convenience. With this option your credit card is automatically billed until such time as you cancel it. You still have the option to cancel your service before the next month would be billed.

Service runs from the day of the month that you purchase your subscription to the following month on the corresponding day.  For example, when you purchase a subscription on September 4th, your subscription expires at the end of the day of October 4th.
