Step 1) Register with us

Registering is simple and takes only a few minutes to complete online, or print and mail us your registration

Overseas clients or those who wish to use our postal service, can complete our print terms and conditions and registration form and send it back to our London address or fax it to us at +44 (0)20 3514 3700

Step 2) Trading with us

Once your account is open you can trade with us at any time, just speak with one of our Currency Specialists.

Simply call our trading desk on +44 (0)20 3514 3700 and speak with one of our Foreign Exchange Specialists and they will give you a rate of exchange and advice on which of our FX services might be best suited to your needs.

You can buy or sell currency for immediate settlement as a Spot Deal, or book a Forward Contract if you need foreign currency for a single or multiple payments to be made in the future.

Step 3) Receiving your currency

After trading with us you will receive a trade confirmation with all the relevant bank account details. You can make your payment to us directly from your bank to your segregated Client Account at Barclays Bank, or alternatively you can pay by credit card or debit card. Your Currency Specialist will talk you through your options.

At this point you will also be asked for the destination bank details for the delivery of your currency or if you have already registered beneficiaries and receiving bank accounts you can choose from them.

All payments are made from our secure online payments system with Barclays, which transmits your currency swiftly and efficiently to the country you desire. Most Euro, Sterling and US Dollar payments can even be delivered on the same day.
