Meet the unique requirements of your organization based on its size and technology needs.
Automatically access the latest software and technologies with Software Assurance.
Choose from Microsoft cloud services, on-premises software, or a mix of both and migrate on your own terms.

Simplify purchasing with predictable payments through a single agreement for cloud services and software.
Manage licensing throughout the life of your agreement with the help of a Microsoft Certified Partner or a Microsoft representative.
Move to a pure per user licensing model and simplify licensing with no more device counting.
The Enterprise Agreement is designed for organizations that want to license software and cloud services for a minimum three-year period.
The Enterprise Agreement offers built-in savings ranging from 15 percent to 45 percent. You also have the option to spread your payments by making three annual payments instead of one up-front payment. This helps reduce initial costs and helps you forecast annual software budget requirements up to three years in advance.
The Enterprise Agreement includes a subscription option that lowers initial licensing costs because you subscribe to the rights to use Microsoft products and services instead of owning them. The subscription option also enables you to increase or decrease subscription counts on an annual basis.
Enterprise Agreement Enrollments
Get additional savings and benefits when you buy the following Enrollments:
Enterprise Enrollment : Get the best pricing; per user, per device, or hybrid licensing options; and simplified license management for end-user technologies from Microsoft.

Rights to new software releases during the term of the agreement at no additional cost.
Access to unique technologies.
Planning Services to enable efficient deployments.
Flexible payment options
The Enterprise Enrollment gives you the best value when you buy Microsoft end-user technologies on a per user, per device, or hybrid basis. Get a range of benefits, including best pricing and terms, cloud and user optimized licensing options, and simplified license management.
Enterprise Platform
With the Enterprise Enrollment, you get the best pricing when you make an organization-wide commitment to the Enterprise Platform, which includes Office Professional Plus, CAL Suites, and Windows Enterprise.
Enterprise Cloud Suite
In the modern workplace, employees are always connected and always moving. They have more devices with more data, and they expect tools to support ubiquitous collaboration. IT needs a solution to help protect data, manage the growing number of mobile devices, unify environments that span operating systems, and enable seamless collaboration for workers across all their devices.
The Enterprise Cloud Suite (ECS), now available as part of the Enterprise Enrollment, brings together Office 365 E3, Enterprise Mobility Suite, and Windows Software Assurance per User. The combination of these three offerings empowers users with best-in-class productivity tools across devices while supporting IT security and control.
With Enterprise Cloud Suite, you can take advantage of:
Simplified cloud licensing in the Enterprise Enrollment.
True per user licensing that puts users at the center.
A compelling offer when buying cloud services.
How it works
Enterprise Cloud Suite is available as a User Subscription License (USL) or an Add-on license for the Enterprise Platform in the Enterprise Enrollment.
Enterprise Cloud Suite USL: For users who are not covered by an existing Enterprise Platform or who would like to transition to full user-based licensing at renewal. The USL lowers initial licensing costs because you subscribe to the rights to use Microsoft products and services instead of purchasing a perpetual license.
Enterprise Cloud Suite Add-on: For users who are covered by an existing Enterprise Platform. The Add-on is a subscription that supplements your existing Enterprise Platform license position.
Windows Software Assurance per User
Windows Software Assurance per User is a new way to license Windows, putting users at the center of licensing for their devices. All of a user’s devices are covered through Windows Software Assurance per User, including devices that are running iOS or Android operating systems. Only the user’s primary work PC needs to be running a qualified operating system (such as Windows Pro). With Windows Software Assurance per User, Windows Enterprise Edition can be delivered across the user’s devices. This provides simpler license management because you count only users with primary PCs, instead of counting every single device.
The Server and Cloud Enrollment is an enrollment under the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement that enables you to commit to one or more key server and cloud technologies from Microsoft. In exchange, you get the best pricing and terms, plus other benefits such as cloud-optimized licensing options and simplified license management
Best value: Get the best pricing, discounts, and added benefits designed to support server and cloud technologies.
Best pricing and terms for server and cloud products, including discounts on new licenses, Software Assurance, and Microsoft Azure.
Full Software Assurance benefits for all deployed licenses, including new version rights.
Unlimited Problem Resolution Support for qualifying customers.
Flexible: Move to the cloud as needed and grow organically without losing the value of your existing investments.
Easy on-ramp to the cloud because Microsoft Azure is automatically available when you enroll in any of the other components; it can also be licensed standalone.
New subscription-based licensing gives you more flexibility when you need to retire workloads, consolidate, or migrate to the cloud.
Manageable: Adopt the latest technologies while simplifying deployment and license management.
Simplified licensing management streamlines overall deployment and management.
Standardized terms, conditions, and discounts.
A standardized management platform across on-premises and Microsoft Azure comes with commitment to the Core Infrastructure Suite (CIS) in Server and Cloud Enrollment.
How it works
To enroll, you must make an installed-base commitment to one or more of the following four Server and Cloud Enrollment components:
This means committing to full Software Assurance coverage across the installed base of a Server and Cloud Enrollment component. For the Core Infrastructure component, however, you commit to full System Center coverage on the Windows Server installed base through the Core Infrastructure Suites (CIS). Microsoft Azure is automatically available when you are enrolling in any of the other three components, and it can also be licensed standalone.
