In order to process your subscription, you must understand and agree to the following:
30-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE POLICY:
We proudly and confidently honor our 30-day risk-free guarantee policy for traders and investors who wish to test drive our services. Simply phone or e-mail us at least three days before the end of your 30-day trial period to receive a full refund if you’re not satisfied for any reason. To prevent abuse of the system, subscribers are eligible for the use of the 30-day risk-free guarantee only once every twelve months (per household).
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY:
Payment for the appropriate services will be made by automatic credit card debit. Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless MTG is notified via e-mail ( support @ morpheustrading.com ) three days prior to membership expiration.
Unless and until this agreement is canceled by e-mail, Subscriber hereby authorizes MTG to charge Subscribers credit card to pay for the ongoing (monthly, quarterly or yearly) cost of membership.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Subscription to our services may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either MTG or the Subscriber by e-mailing support @ morpheustrading.com at least three days prior to monthly, quarterly or annual subscription renewal date. When termination is requested by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded (outside of the initial 30-day trial period). Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until the end of the current billing cycle following the request for termination of services. Cancellation of service is not official until Subscriber receives e-mail confirmation from MTG. If Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must call our offices toll-free at (800) 506-3394 to resubmit the cancellation and verify that his/her e-mail address is correct.
ANNUAL HOLIDAYS:
In addition to all national holidays in which the stock markets are closed, Morpheus Trading Group reserves the right to not publish The Wagner Daily newsletter for a total of up to one calendar week (seven days) per year, regardless of whether or not those days coincide with a national holiday. On the rare days when either newsletter is not published, subscribers will be notified ahead of time, and details of our plan to manage any open positions will always be provided.

Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform MTG of the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until MTG is notified, by e-mail or by telephone of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.
By completing this form, you are authorizing MTG to e-mail you periodic updates and announcements, as well as your regular newsletter subscription. If you are not interested in receiving any further e-mail from us, you will be able to easily un-subscribe from within any of our e-mails.
