Nuggets are generally sold according to size, weight and purity. Smaller nuggets are divided into several mesh or screen sizes — starting at 20 to 30 mesh for fine flour / flake gold to much larger 4 mesh nuggets weighing in at about 1 piece per gram. Larger specimen grade gold is offered by the single piece and may also be seen below separately.
