By signing up for PIMCO Funds and PIMCO Equity Series (collectively, the PIMCO Funds) eDelivery, you and others in your household will enjoy the convenience of receiving electronic mutual fund shareholder communications, such as prospectuses, proxy statements, annual reports and semi-annual reports.
Electronic materials will be made available to you through the PIMCO Funds website, and will replace paper mailings. Each time a new document becomes available you’ll be notified at the email address you’ve provided.
Please note that in order to eliminate PIMCO Funds paper mailings from being mailed, each person in your household who maintains an account with PIMCO Funds must enroll separately.
Your participation in eDelivery will begin in the quarter after you enroll.

Note: Account statements, transaction confirmations and other documents that are not available online will continue to be sent to you by mail.
This enrollment form is only for active accounts that invest directly with PIMCO Funds. If you own shares of PIMCO Funds through a brokerage account or other financial institution, please return to the previous page and select Brokerage Account Shareholders. If you are not currently invested in PIMCO Funds, please do not complete this form.
Description of Service:
You are consenting with respect to all of your accounts (including any IRA account) to receive regulatory communications, including, but not limited to, annual and semi-annual reports, prospectuses, proxy statements and prospectus supplements via Internet delivery. As materials become available, we will send you an e-mail notification containing the Internet address (URL) where they can be viewed, downloaded and/or printed.
Monthly account statements and transaction confirmations are not available via eDelivery at this time.
There is no charge for eDelivery. However, you may incur charges from Internet service providers and telephone companies while accessing the Internet. These charges are your responsibility.

Enrollment in eDelivery has no expiration date. You may change or cancel your enrollment at any time by clicking on the change or cancel link above and following the instructions or by writing to us at the above address.
In order to participate in eDelivery, you must have access to a computer with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, or equivalent, as well as e-mail software and communications access to the Internet. Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must also have access to a printer. Some materials may be published using Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view PDF documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat reader software, which is available for download free-of-charge from www.adobe.com.
