PFDNZ Review – Forex Brokers Reviews & Ratings
Post on: 18 Апрель, 2015 No Comment
Pacific Financial Derivatives Limited (PFD-NZ) may be based in New Zealand, but its ECN/STP (No Dealing Room) broker services have a decidedly global reach. The company is authorized by the Financial Markets Authority in New Zealand and is a member of Dubai Gold Commodities Exchange. It is also a member of the Financial Dispute Resolution scheme in New Zealand, a third party service that helps settle resolutions between companies and their clients. And yet, while this is comforting, we would expect that you should have no reason to launch a claim against PFD-NZ. PFD offers client funds segregation, safety and protection and are obligated to comply with NZ Futures Industry (Clients Funds) Regulation 1990 according to which the clients funds are audited every quarter by qualified auditors. Also throughout our dealings with the company during our Pacific Financial Derivatives review, they seemed entirely approachable and willing to help.
General Information:
Minimum deposit. $1
Minimum deal size. 0.01 lot (micro lot)
Maximum leverage. 1:500

Platforms
PFD offers two trading platforms. PFD Trader (MT4) is being offered as preferred trading platform since 2005 and PFDTrader and PFDPro are the two types of accounts currently offered. PFD traders looking for a platform that varies from the standard MT4 platform can opt for Kiwi Trader platform. Although it looks quite similar to the standard MetaTrader 4 platform, the company has clearly made an effort to personalize the platform and to reduce the clutter that plagues many MT4 users. The Kiwi Trader platform is currently available for Trader Gold Zero account. PFD does not stipulate minimum deposit for funding or withdrawal either in MT4 or Kiwi Trader.
The MT4 Multi Terminal with added features of MAM which is a part of the MT4 online trading system is suitable for Money Managers and for clients with more than one account. This platform helps to manage, control open positions, pending orders and sends out online quotes and news .
PFD-NZ platform includes advanced charting abilities, customizable sounds, and the integration of critical indicators, among other benefits.
I was pleased to see that PFD offers a demo accounts for both MT4 and Kiwi Trader for novice traders wishing to practice their trading without risking their own funds.
Features
PFD offers traders the option of trading Forex, CFD and CFD futures. The spreads comparison about 15 major currency pairs and their spreads via an on-site widget is provided real time by FX Intelligence which allows for real-time comparison of PFDs spreads to the spreads of other brokers such as FXDD, OANDA and Forex.com.
PFD has a 24/6 operation and customer support service line starting from NZ time Monday 10 am to Saturday 9 am. Chat is provided 24/6 and phone support is available during all 3 sessions (24 hrs) Asia, Europe & USA) daily.
During the course of our Pacific Financial review we were satisfied to see that most information about the service was listed clearly on their website. The website is intuitive and suited to new users who want to learn about the company without being distracted by irrelevant or unnecessary features. One thing we did notice missing during our PFD review was whether the company offers regular market analysis as so many other brokerages do. The brokerage has told the Daily Forex review team that it expects to add this feature in the near future.
With PFD-NZ, Traders can register online or can fill out printable paperwork and send it in to the company. Funds can be deposited and withdrawn using Skril, Neteller, Webmoney, China Union Pay, Perfect Money, VNOption or bank transfer.
All in all, I found PFD-NZ informative and customer friendly. For traders looking for a straight forward and uncluttered website, PFD-NZ is the broker to choose.
