Refunds are not payable for circumstances that do not include the performance of your trading using our strategies.  The client must be trading for at least one year and must have placed at least 50 trades showing sufficient evidence that they were our Strategies for the promotional refund offer to be accepted. The promotional cost reinstatement arrangement is subject to discretion between each Membership Consultant. All new client invoices must be signed by the Director to validate the promotional terms arranged.

Promotional Arrangements:

Any arrangement involving Forex-e-Learn providing their clients with a bonus to start trading is provided purely as a promotional offer. We do not take any commissions or percentages of the earnings that you create using our bonus. The trading bonus is deposited into a bank account of your choice where you are able to put it directly into your trading account or make alternate use of it. All promotional payments are made by bank transfer or cheque one month after you have successful started trading using our methods and strategies. You must either open an account and make an initial deposit with our affiliate broker ETX Capital or you must already have a preferred account with a broker where you can trade.

Broker Referral Agreements:

Any mention or casual suggestion about brokers or trading houses is done so in good faith. General advice or comment made about a broker or trading house cannot be seen as “advice” or “personal advice” or a “suggestion” to trade or trade with any broker or trading house. We will not be held liable for any problems or losses if you decide to sign up with a broker and trade an account. We may earn commissions from referring clients to a particular service, broker, trading house etc
