Fossil Oil Companys Current Drilling Operations
In addition to its lower risk oil drilling investments and operations in South Central Oklahoma, Fossil is currently active along Southwest Mississippi’s prolific Lower Tuscaloosa oil play, outside the city of Natchez in Lincoln, Pike, Franklin counties. Fossil Oil also has oil drilling operations in the Mid and Upper Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast (onshore), and in Southwest Alabama’s Smackover oil play.
Fossil Oil’s President, Dennis R. Kittler, has been actively acquiring both 2-D and 3-D seismic data, mineral leases, drilling wells, and positioning himself to provide high quality oil drilling investment opportunities since founding Fossil Oil in 1999, for high net worth individuals, institutional and equity funding groups who are seeking significant reserves of oil and natural gas utilizing the newest seismic and drilling technologies. Fossil Oil is funding an exciting brand new 3D seismic based nine (9) oil well drilling program plus three (3) re-entries wells in South Central Oklahoma in 2015 called Fossil-NAOCU – 2015. Currently, there remains 40% Working Interest available. In addition, Fossil is funding the last few Investment Unit in a two (2) well prospect in the heart of a major oil field in Garvin County, Oklahoma called Fossil-Antioch-Rush Creek Multi-Oil Well JV – 2015 . The first well appears to be a new oil discovery. Lastly, Fossil is finalizing the specifics of a single well in Pike County, Mississippi called the Fossil-Friendship Church Oil Well JV-II-2015 .
This Pike County oil well is a direct offset only 1200’ from a new oil discovery and expected to be 40’ high on structure. It is estimated to contain 1.2 million barrels of oil. Fossil Management is seeking investment capital for these lower risk, high potential return and excellent tax write-off drilling programs.
The newest drilling project is called Fossil-Antioch-Rush Creek Multi-Oil Well JV – 2015 to be drilled in the prolific Antioch Oil Field in Garvin County, Oklahoma (produced 26 million barrels of oil and 6 billion cubic feet of gas). Our partner and Operator has successfully drilled more than 175 wells in this area over the past 14 years. Fossil Oil personally invested nearly $2 million last year as a seismic partner in order to participate in drilling locations off their 3D seismic proprietary data. Fossil has had 12 oil discoveries in the 15 wells invested at this time in 2013/2015. Here are the reasons why this Joint Venture is the finest opportunity that Fossil Oil has ever marketed: (1) involves drilling two Oil Wells, (2) the first well has been drilled appears to be a new oil discovery, (3) high probability of success (lower risk), (4) based on brand new proprietary 3D seismic data, (5) high projected Return on Investment (6.2:1 to 9.3:1 After Tax Benefits), (6) any one of the wells could pay out the Joint Venture.
